Innovating Knowledge project maps the reception of Isidore of Seville's Etymologiae, the most important medieval encyclopaedia, in the early Middle Ages. The project published two digital resources, a manuscript database providing structured data about all surviving and identified early medieval witnesses of the text (~ 480 manuscripts) and an explorative digital edition of the glosses to the first book of the Etymologiae (De grammatica) build on the principle of network analysis.
