Call for Nominations: Join the EADH Executive Committee (2025–2028)
The EADH is excited to open nominations for four (4) new members to join its Executive Committee for the 2025–2028 term. As we move forward with the relaunch of EADH, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to shaping the direction of the Association and promoting the growth of Digital Humanities across Europe and beyond.
The nomination period will open on 1 May 2025 and close on 28 May 2025, with elections taking place from 5 June to 2 July 2025. Results will be announced shortly afterward, during the EADH General Meeting at the DH2025 Conference in Lisbon this July (more info here)
Eligibility Requirements
We warmly welcome candidates from all areas of the Digital Humanities—whether you work in archives, galleries, libraries, museums, universities, as an independent scholar, or within any public or private organization dedicated to advancing DH activities across Europe. What matters most is a spirit of collaboration and a genuine commitment to the community. EADH values diverse perspectives and experiences, and we are especially keen to hear from individuals who are eager to contribute their time and ideas.
To stand for election or vote, candidates must be members in good standing of EADH by 25 April 2025. If you're not yet a member, or if your membership has lapsed, you can easily join or renew it here.
How to nominate
Nominations are open to all eligible members and can be self-submitted. Each candidate must provide a short statement (max. 200 words) and indicate the names of two current EADH members who support their nomination (proposers).
Each proposer must submit a statement with the name of the person they wish to nominate (the nominee).
All materials should be sent to Ulrike Wuttke, Chair of the Elections Committee, at elections@eadh.org, by 28 May 2025.
