Maciej Eder, Pedagogical University, Krakow, Poland won the prize with the paper "Does Size Matter? Authorship Attribution, Small Samples, Big Problem."

2011

Scott Weingart and Jeana Jorgensen, Indiana University, USA shared the prize with their co-authored paper "Computational Analysis of Gender and the Body in European Fairy Tales."

2012

Marc Alexander, University of Glasgow, UK for the paper "Patchworks and Field-Boundaries: Visualizing the History of English."

2013

Courtney Evans and Ben Jasnow, University of Virginia, USA , for "Mapping Homer's Catalogue of Ships"
