Silvie Cinková
Silvie Cinková has mainly been working with rich linguistic annotation for machine learning at the Charles University, Institute of Formal and Applied Linguistics (Faculty of Mathematics and Physics). She teaches introductory data-science & R programming to students of humanities. Her original background is German and Swedish philology. Her current research focuses on linguistic factors of readability in Czech. She is a member of the management committee of the Czech Association for Digital Humanities and a national coordinator of the COST Action "Distant Reading for European Literary History".
