Wendy Anderson is a Reader in English Language and Linguistics in the School of Critical Studies and Dean of Language and Learning in the College of Arts, University of Glasgow, UK. Her research and teaching interests include corpus linguistics, semantics, intercultural language education, and translation. From 2004-2008, she was Research Associate for the Scottish Corpus of Texts & Speech and Corpus of Modern Scottish Writing projects, funded by the UK AHRC. She has a PhD in French linguistics and an MA in French and Spanish from the University of St Andrews. Wendy is an Associate Editor of DSH: Digital Scholarship in the Humanities.
